Effects on the Earthquake and Tsunami
off the Pacific coast of Tohoku

We’d like to express our deepest sympathies to people affected by the earthquake and Tsunami, which hit to Japan’s northeastern coast on March 11, 2011. Taking this opportunity, we also would like to thank you for your messages of sympathies and encouragement delivered to our company.

1.Our Damages
- We confirmed the safety of all company employees.
- Buildings of our factory in Taiwacho and the sales office
in Sendai are physically damaged, but not critical.

2.Expectation of recovery
- Electricity has been reestablished since March 16th.
Production will be restored in the week of 21st.
- Logistics in Tohoku area has not recovered yet.

3.Expected delivery schedule
- Because of the above, the shipment of current and future
orders may be delayed. Probably a few weeks maximally.
We expect to get back to normal in Production and Delivery
in early May.

We’ll do our very best not to cause inconvenience to our domestic and international customers. Thank you for your understanding and support.
